PaperChef
PaperChef is a new brand of culinary parchment products that introduce innovative approaches for cooking based on a traditional French cooking method that has had limited exposure in North American kitchens. This range of products includes parchment paper rolls, but also extends beyond the typical with pre-formed “en papillote” cooking bags and baking cups in various sizes. The brand required a sensibility that would pay homage to its roots while offering a vibrant, modern flare to feel at home in the contemporary kitchen.
